General Terms

• NorbelJany operates as a knitwear manufacturer and wholesale supplier.

• All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise agreed).

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies for wholesale orders.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once a deposit (typically 30%) is received.

• Balance is due before shipment unless otherwise specified.

Lead Time

• Standard lead time: 45–60 days after order confirmation.

• Rush orders can be discussed based on production schedule.

Returns & Claims

• Quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, not for customer mishandling.
